Chapter House

Oregon State Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta | Corvallis, Oregon

“Home is the place that goes where you go, yet it welcomes you upon your return. Like a dog overjoyed at the door. We’ve missed you is what you hear, no matter how long you’ve been gone.”

The Chapter house was built in 1928 and for the last 90 years has been home to Phi Gamma Delta. Only during World War II (1941-1946) was the Chapter house occupied by collegiate women and naval officers as our Brothers served over seas. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and hospitality when it comes to maintaining the most beautiful chapter house on Oregon State’s campus.

Whether a brother, parent, professor or visitor comes to our home, Phi Gamma Delta prides itself on the beautiful 12,000 square foot Chapter House that has been home to over nearly 1,500 Kappa Omicron Brothers.  The Chapter house boasts the following:

  • Large formal living room
  • Dining room
  • Full industrial kitchen
  • Trophy room

  • Library
  • Theater room
