I am please to announce that renovations of the Kappa Omicron Chapter have started. To showcase the Housing Corporations vision of how our Chapter house will look once all renovations are complete, we have renovated the largest of our third floor rooms.
All rooms will be gutted to the studs and rebuild to multi-resident housing codes. Each room has all new electrical, internet, fire sprinklers and insulation. Walls are double sheet 5/8″. Fir doors and hickory floors really set the tone with cream painted pine base boards and trim. Windows are new fiberglass Milgaurd.
Our goal was to renovate for the next 30 years. The products are quality and craftsmanship excellence as can be seen below.

Wait… this can’t be the FIJI Chapter House I lived in! This looks absolutely amazing. Which room is this? It could help if we were to post a layout of the chapter house and highlight the area displayed/improved. Keep the great work going!
