The Chapter house was built in 1928 and for the last 90 years has been home to Phi Gamma Delta. Only during World War II (1941-1946) was the Chapter house occupied by collegiate women and naval officers as our Brothers served over seas.
Today, as a substance free Chapter house, we pride ourselves in the cleanliness and hospitality of our home for its members and visitors.
Whether a Brother, parent, professor or visitor to our home, Phi Gamma Delta prides itself on the beautiful 12,000 square foot Chapter House that has been home to over nearly 1,500 Kappa Omicron Brothers. The Chapter house boasts the following:
-Large formal living room
-Full industrial kitchen
-4 working wood burning fire places
-14 multi-man study rooms
-2 sleeping porches
